EBS Welcomes New Benefit Analyst, Faith Beglane

Newton, MA. (August 26, 2019) — EBS Insurance Brokers in Newton, MA, is excited to announce the addition of a Benefit Analyst to our team, Faith Beglane. Faith will be responsible for gathering claims experience data, plan documents and summaries, identifying common trends within client claims and participating in key benefit projects and renewals. She will also coordinate plan proposals from the carriers and conduct analyses to present to the client, and advocate for additional client benefit options through Renewal Analyses, and prepare annual benchmarking reports for our clients.

As a Benefit Analyst with EBS, Faith will work with mid-size groups, ensuring each of her clients will receive the detail-oriented, boutique style service that has become synonymous with the EBS brand. “Faith’s background in implementing progressive benefit strategies will be something her clients here at EBS will immediately find value in,” says EBS Managing Partner, Paul Rooney. “Faith’s experience with things like integrating technology throughout a group’s plan year is exactly the enlightened perspective we strive to deploy to our clients.”

Faith comes to EBS from CIP Insurance Group, based out of  Cambridge, MA, where she began her career working with small groups after graduating from Bridgewater State University in 2018.
