Newton, MA. (May 1, 2018) — EBS is excited to announce our most recent hire, Kelly DiGiovanni, as a Benefit Analyst. Kelly will be responsible for gathering claims experience data, plan documents and summaries, identifying common trends within client claims and participating in key benefit projects and renewals. She will also coordinate plan proposals from the carriers and conduct analyses to present to the client, and advocate for additional client benefit options through Renewal Analyses, and prepare annual benchmarking reports for our clients.
Kelly comes to EBS from Mid-State Insurance Agency, based out of Worcester, MA, where she spent her whole six-and- a-half-year tenure focused on small groups, balancing about 200 cases at any time.
As a Benefit Analyst with EBS, Kelly will continue to work with small groups, managing half her typical case size with about 100 groups, ensuring each of her clients will receive the detail-oriented, boutique style service that has become synonymous with the EBS brand. “Kelly has a prodigious background in the small group sector, and all of us here at EBS are excited to see her fluently demonstrate this advantage to her clients,” says EBS Managing Partner, Paul Rooney.
