Ensuring Wellness Compliance in 2019: 5 Ideas for Building Your Program

When it comes to developing employee wellness programs within your organization, your primary aim should be to serve your team. And although wellness programs help employees, they also need to be compliant. We examined the fallout from the AARP suit against the EEOC wherein AARP challenged that the EEOC’s rulemaking with respect to wellness programs was arbitrary and did not provide valid reasons for the incentive levels.
